

Worked on digital and print deliverables for the magazine's commercial partnerships and integrated campaigns for clients such as Dr. Martens, MUBI, Primavera Sound, The ICA, Rizla, Art Fund and more. Also worked across the magazine's own campaigns promoting our supporters membership as well as preparing digital and social media copy and assets for the launch of our monthly print magazines. Creating cohesive content in line with the publication's tone including attention-grabbing titles, subheaders, taglines, pull quotes and social media posts.
Spent over two years as part of Crack Magazine's digital team, running all aspects of online content from short-form trending news and social-first copy to evergreen content and copy for the mailing lists, contributing to the publication's growth and development.
Ideated, researched, wrote and edited a wide range of features including co-curating the mix series, working closely with the print, design and commercial teams.
Creative copywriting translating often niche cultural happenings into accessible and enticing events that drive sales for promoters, venues and cultural institutions across Bristol. Short, snappy copy that ranges from playful to more sensitive as appropriate whilst maintaining the Headfirst Bristol editorial tone and optimized for our weekly subscribers mailer.
PR WORK
As part of One Beat PR and through the PR arm of SNOG, I run successful, bespoke PR campaigns for artists and labels - securing coverage in publications including The Guardian, METAL, Pitchfork, Clash, Mixmag and DJ Mag. I write press releases and album bios, assemble press packs and devise strategies to deliver the most effective campaigns for my clients.
SNOG
As one of the co-founders of SNOG I have worked on building the project from a grassroots event series into a creative agency. I head up the PR side of the agency as well as working across promotion and curation for our work. Have recently worked on a full rebrand (launching soon) redefining SNOG's visual identity and presence in collaboration with a design team and writing copy for the website and social media, balancing brand personality with professionalism.
